Cancellation Policy & Late Show

With Dogs Galore of Henley being an independent business working on a one-on-one basis it is important that you let me know at least 24hrs in advance if you wish to cancel. If I do not receive this notice, I am afraid that a charge of 50% of the grooming cost will be applied.

Any no shows will be charged at 100% of the grooming cost.

Timing is also of the essence so please do collect your pooch within 15 mins of being contacted. A late fee of £5 per 30 mins will be applied.
